Here at Military Relocator, our Property Management team is dedicated to making sure your home, as well as your tenant's needs, are taken care of. We have a reliable list of preferred home vendors that are bonded and insured, whom we call on to complete any issues that may arise in your absence. We treat every home as if it were our own.
How it works: After you have met with our Property Manager and signed the agreement, we come out and do a pre-inspection of your property's current condition. The pictures we take will be stored as a comparison for move out inspections once your tenants have moved. We will suggest any upgrades or repairs that may make your home more competitive in the current rental market.
Once your home is ready, we will then place your home in all of the real estate marketing websites, to include our company website and PCSing.com.
When you have an interested applicant, we will let you know once they have passed our application process. It will be then up to you to approve or disapprove any pets that they may have. Once you and our property management team have spoken and come to an agreement, your new tenant then pays the required security deposit and pet fee, if applicable. A move in date is established and then the lease is signed. This can happen within days or weeks from the onset of the approved application.
We take care of all the work, so you don't have to. All you need to do is leave us the keys and relax.
Welcome to your Home Owner Portal!
Once you have signed your Property Management Agreement, our property management team will send you a secured link to set up your Portal account. This temporary link is only available for 24hrs. Please note that this process can only be completed on a desk top computer. After it is completed, you may access it from any computer or mobile device of your choice.
**At this time, a savings account CAN NOT be linked to your portal to make payments online. Payments made on the portal will take 3-5 business days to settle to our account once your bank draws the funds. Holidays can also delay payments. Please check with your banking institution should any problems arise. **
After you have successfully created your Home Owners Account Portal, you will have access to the following:
- Current lease agreement with your tenant
- Tax documents
- View maintenance invoices
- Pay towards any outstanding maintenance fees
