We provide you with your very own tenant portal where you are able to pay your rent online as well check any balance you may have, submit work orders and view your current and pending leases.
In addition, we also have a 24-hour emergency line should you have an emergency maintenance issue that arises after hours. We have a host of licensed, bonded, and insured home vendors that can complete any home repair that may come up during your stay with us.

Listed below is what you will provide to submit a completed rental application.
1. A complete application with all designated signatures filled in.
2. A copy of all applicants’ driver’s license or state issued ID (No Military IDs).
3. Current month's LES for service members, full 2 current months paystubs for civilian employees, or 2 years tax returns for those self-employed.
4. Company policy does not allow sight unseen (this includes video tours and family members viewing the home) applicants. Clients MUST physically walk the property.
5. MUST provide vet records for ALL pets regardless of Service Animal/ESA status.
6. Once completed, please bring by our office located at 1923 Lejeune Blvd Jacksonville NC 28546 or if located out of state, send by email to FrontDesk@MilitaryRelocator.com. When emailing in applications, use the property address, your last name and rental application as the subject line.
7. $40 cash application fee per individual over the age of 18.

Welcome to your Tenant Portal!
Once you have signed your leasing agreement, our property management team will send you a secured link to set up your Portal account. This temporary link is only available for 24hrs. Please note that this process can only be completed on a desk top computer. After it is completed, you may access it from any computer or mobile device of your choice.
**At this time, a savings account, as well as credit cards, CAN NOT be linked to your portal to make payments online. Payments made on the portal will take 3-5 business days to settle to our account once your bank draws the funds. Holidays can also delay payments. Please check with your banking institution should any problems arise.**
After successful completion of your Portal Account, you will be able to:
- Pay your rent
- Submit a work order
- Check your account balance
- View all leasing documents, past and present
